Optimasys Solutions operates the Optera ERP platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Optera to manage your business operations.
What we collect
Business account details (company name, contact name, email address), operational data entered into the platform (customers, suppliers, products, transactions, inventory records), user account credentials and role assignments, usage and activity logs, audit trail records, and messages sent to our support team.
How we use it
To deliver and operate the Optera ERP platform on your behalf, process and store your business transactions across sales, procurement, inventory, and finance modules, generate reports and analytics, respond to support requests, improve platform performance and reliability, and send important service notices. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Trusted infrastructure and service providers (hosting, email delivery, monitoring) who act strictly on our instructions, your organisation's authorised administrators and users based on the roles you configure, and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Security & retention
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is governed by the role-based permission system you configure within Optera, with a full audit log maintained on every action. Your data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in your subscription.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
